You speak with such a sad, poetic yet strangely comforting way. I’m a bloke and not emotional but the way you describe your feelings has stirred something within me You’re really helping people like me to recover my sense of what being in the moment truly is. Your description of coping with not knowing and how it feels was very intense for me during my tour of duty in Iraq. I’d recently become a father and the sense of responsibility overwhelmed me and I became terrified of death multiple times a day. This is when my ptsd started to mature. I shut down emotionally and drank heavily when I returned back to England. The feeling of death becomes acute during rocket attacks. During the incoming attacks you have about ten seconds to contemplate what may happen if these moments are to be your very last. Thank you 🙏

Thank you for sharing your words and opening your heart. It is a challenge to be present in this place of uncertainty and pain, but life is so magical when we are present and mindful. It is so precious to be able to feel love and compassion and to feel loved. I wish you a gentle week. Michal

So sorry to hear this Sakino. I hope Irv has someone to look after him. I guess his daughter is still there in the house? My heart goes out to you both in your plight.
