There’s nothing on earth that produces pink mist like a 22 Creedmoor, driving a 55g Blitzking at 3850 fps. Sorry Shane, ya 270 is positivity pedestrian, up against modern powders and cartridges. @aceprecision1681 well for many years a 22-243 or 22-284 let alone a 22-250 AI would exceed the ballistics of your new creedmore. There's many more to. Nothing on earth ay. Even a 243 will drive a 55 gr bullet at 4000 fps. Come on man

22-250 is one of my favorite rounds. It goes exactly where you point it. A friend called it a "tack driver", and I agree. No recoil at all. Up to 4,000 fps.

Great shooting mate! The 22-250 makes me look like I'm a better shooter than than I am! It's so accurate, shooting it the most fun I think I have ever had with any firearm! Your video shows just how amazing this cartridge is, and your shooting skills! Cheers from South Carolina!

Why cant you shoot like that? Dont you have the land/space to? Theres very few things i've shot under 200 yards with my savage 22-250, but then again Ive been wacking groundhogs at 200+yards with my 17hmr.. 400 yards is ideal for the 22-250

Ha, very timely. I've just come back from an all day range session right now, trialing my brand new custom built $13,000.00 .300 RUM rifle and I can only get it shooting 3 1/2" groups at 200m! I'm finally residing to the fact now that I truly am cursed and that long range accuracy is always gonna elude me!

Mate, that is A LOT of cash for a rifle with that kind of accuracy...are you shooting handloads or factories? I assume that a rifle with that price tag would have everything spot on. Did you mount the scope yourself?

SeriousSchitt 13,000$? Where do you live if you dont mind me asking? Cuz theres no way in hell I would spending 13,000$ on a gun that got that shitty of accuracy here in the USA without demanding my money back... @@cyclo360 Your so right about the last few years of Remington quality control! In 1967 Emigrated to Australia under the GAPS Scheme. While at Bonegilla went hunting rabbits on a farmers paddock. Had a US Springfield M2 bolt action rife in .22 Hornet with a 6x Lyman scope! What great days of hunting waiting for my clearance to work a Garden Island Navy Yard. I used to repair fire control computers that were mechanical/optical as the RAAN had need of repairman in the 60’s. Returned back to the US after a stroke. Recovered over a year. Loved Australia was treated incredibly well. Great people at Garden Island well maintained ships and incredible sailors!

@@alanfenick1103 Hi Alan, you sure have had an interesting life. Yes the rabbits would have been thick back then (pre myxo). Now they are a lot harder to find, have been out twice in the past week and only seen 6. Yes Australia WAS the lucky country , now its a over regulated nanny country. Just about everything is either banned or you need piles of permits. Even the Estes black powder rocket engine...To buy those you need to be over eighteen, have an explosives permit and have permission from the local council just to purchase and launch the bloody things. I understand that in the US you only have to be over the age of 12. Stupid, pathetic Aussie politicians...Im surprised they havent banned meat pies cos you might burn your tongue if theyre too hot🤣🙄. Anyway, thanks for your reply. atb, Sean.

@@cyclo360 Really like your site! Brought back memories! Up to three years ago I had a Federal Hunting Permit that allowed me to shot nutria and invasive rodent with the most beautiful fur! They were destroying our marsh land her on the Eastern Shore of Maryland! Still use a .22 Hornet in my same old 1922 Springfield Armory M2. So far black powder is restricted to dealer who have an explosive proof locked bunker! Limited to two pounds at a time! Smokeless powders is not restricted! What a shame with all the restrictions in Australia! The country was good too me! I still have friends who I talk too frequently and some have visited me here I the US! Kinda funny received a call from a government research agency wanting to talk about mechanical optical fire control computers! Long obsolete but built with incredible workmanship and precision! Never to be duplicated! I have no plastic firearms of any kind! Wood and fine steel! Thanks for the talk will be watching and enjoying!

The thumbnail shows your rifle on the hood of your VW. No issue with it, but I recommend ensuring the muzzle extends beyond the parallel axis of the windshield. Otherwise the shockwave from the muzzle blast can shatter a windshield, especially on a high powered round. . Don’t need to ask me how I know this. JMHO for other shooters. Fun vid.😉

Yes very much so...they are a huge destructive pest (worse than foxes) and are responsible for the extinction of many native marsupials. The feral cat here is on top of the worst invasive species list (only second to rabbits) and out in the bush all Feral cats are shot on sight. There is no mercy here thats for sure.
