Sako might be the only one maximizing his drive. If he burns out he's going for the kill and its always some grimy optimal drive for kill combo. Almost everyone else I see just be doing burn out combos and still lose

That’s why I decided to main Chun. I tried a few characters and felt like I was having fun but that there were really only a few “optimal” combo paths which got kinda boring. With Chun it feels like you really can get creative with it.

Chun Li is gonna be an A-tier character, much like SFV, most of her match-ups will be 6-5's and at worst a few 5-5s. However, her heavy execution and setups for damage are variables that will make it difficult to win a big tournament with her. She could end up winning a tournament early on though since people are still learning the game and how to really deal with her, but still, a dropped combo is all it takes to lose a match.
