Here's my trick: Use an 8 inch Crescent wrench, apply 1 wrap of any tape around each side of the jaws to protect the bolt. Open them up just enough to slide loosely around the center of the (smaller/back of the firing pin)) piece of the bolt. Use the wrench to push down AND turn the firing pin. This even works if you accidently turn it the wrong way. Make sure that the small keyway is aligned, and NEVER force it. It it doesn't turn easy, you're doing something wrong. He showed you everything you needed to know in this vid. For me, it's easier than just using my hands, and allows me to turn it without an assist. Also works on an L61R bolt.
