In Shiva rama Krishna Committie reports, it has clearly mentioned that, "To construct a 4 storeys building in Amaravathi one needs to dig 45 mts of foundations beneath the earth" ..So, imagine how many tons of sand will be needed to construct one building and the whole capital??? Some tons and tons and lakhs of tons ..And shockingly, those sand must dug from the nearby river beds which inturn may cause flood..So, planning a capital in Amaravathi is the foolish thing which may spoil our environment..
