Everyone hates on gennin Sakura but she was the only one not trained by her jonin. Kakashi focused all his time on Sasuke and Naruto and basically ignored Sakura, so of course she was no real physical help on missions other than her intelligent. She only had the jutsu she was taught in the academy other than the basic chakra control from tree climbing but that’s it from Kakashi. He didn’t even recommend her for medical training or training by someone else when he realized how naturally good she was at chakra control, he basically said yep she’s got this and then ignored her. Every other jonin captain trained all of their gennin physically and helped them find what they were good at and then improve on it. Neji was already training with his byakugan but Guy made him do strength training and mock battles with the other teammates to help them improve individually and as a team. Tenten originally wanted to do medical ninjutsu so Guy recommended to the medical corp she be tested, like Kakashi should have done, and when she failed he helped her find her calling in summoning and weapons specialist and improve on it. Kurani helped each of her gennin improve on their clan’s jutsus, even helping them create new ones with their skills, and train as a team, Asuma doing the same. Naruto and Sasuke had innate teamwork in combat that Kakashi could work with so they didn’t do as much training as a team with Sakura. When Jiraya started training Naruto, Kakashi focused on Sasuke and didn’t bother to find anyone for Sakura to work with. Naruto learned almost all of his jutsu either by himself or from other jonin like Jiraya and Ebisu teaching him to walk on water. Kakashi was honestly a terrible jonin captain, treating his gennin like trained subordinates from his anbu days, it was sheer luck that Naruto and Sasuke were born powerhouses with natural skill, tons of chakra, endurance, and worked well together so he could rely on them. Everyone traded off protecting Sakura instead of training her to be able to be included. Don’t hate on Sakura, hate on Kakashi for being a bad teacher and captain. Kakashi is an incredible bad ass shinobi and captain of high level shinobi, but he is a bad teacher.

Tbh yes in naruto at the beginning she really bullied naruto and she didn't really do anything in missions she was a burden but during the chunin exams she started to stand up and her cutting her hair was a way to show that she cared more about being a good shinobi rather than changing herself for a boy after that i really loved her since she had a lot of character development

@@dankdilly Yeah me too. She's my favorite after all. But what he means is basically how the author (kishimoto) aren't the best at girls on anime. Since Sakura got so much attention, people hate on her for the flaws she had. Not realizing that she is the most human character in anime. So yeah I never hated her at all, but the author really screwed her up.
