I mean, wasn't he the person who noticed Shikamaru and Temari's relationship starting to develop back in the beginning of Shippuden and now after the war he somehow conveniently forgets all about that? I feel pretty much the same way w/ Goku in Dragon Ball Super with how after the somewhat mature development he made in the Buu Saga he ends up conveniently going backwards in Dragon Ball Super. I understand how people love seeing their childhoods relived to an extent but keep consistent development. That's all I want.

Gaara managed to figure out in 5 seconds after hearing Naruto talk about Hinata's interest in the experience he had with Gaara that Hinata had liked Naruto for so long, yet it took almost 8 years for Naruto to finally figure that out. You know, Sakura may act useless when it comes to the anime and fightning within major battles, but the Naruto Shippuden game portrays a completely different side of her character and shows this determination & natural compassion for others within her personality, which is why I think Kishimoto does an effective job at providing different perspectives of the characters in the Naruto series.
