I totally agree. This song would’ve worked perfectly as a Dia center too I think, but Riko is by far the best choice. I really would love to see this performed live. I’d like to see them get gorgeous flowery kimono costumes or something like that for it.

@yo-soro1416 I don’t think they “took away” a line from You so much, but I’m sorry you’re ultimately dissatisfied with it for that reason. (personally speaking at the end of the day, I’m just so glad it didn’t turn into a YohaRiko song 😅 that’s where I initially thought it might be headed…)

@@mikan_v2 It wouldn't have hit me that hard but for the past few weeks after the preview released. I had a feeling 2nd years would get the bridge on this song. Then a day before release I read a Japanese comment that the first and third years have a joint second verse so I was more sure that second years including You would get a solo part in the bridge. You's voice has gotten better that's why I wanted to hear a bit more from her on this type of song. That's all. Moral of my story don't get your hopes up too early before a release of a song. 😔 It's a taken away You line from my perspective because I knew the other two would get it! Anyways at the end, I won't want to ruin this ChikaRiko center for all of you ChikaRiko fans. So it's alright.

@yo-soro1416 I hadn’t heard the preview so I guess I didn’t know 🤷‍♀️ tbh when I heard the song for the first time, I thought Riko would have the bridge to herself. I think this is a Riko center(???) because she gets the most lines in the beginning (two lines to herself vs Chika and You getting one). So honestly the ChikaRiko part surprised me a lot and I genuinely didn’t expect it. But it will be interesting to see the live choreography someday 🤔

@@Shizuku1312 Do you know about the song Deep Blue by Aqours? It was the theme song for the GnY game. The song was only available on the game so they've released it as a single now and this song is the coupling song released in that single. Both songs are now on streaming platforms.
