Yeah, but she didn't perform on the program with them and the thing with akb48 and their sub groups is that they don't really debut in them, it's just a sub group that stkll counts as AKB so she debuted 3 times (AKB48,Izone, Lesserafim) and performed 3 times on the program (Lesserafim, AKB48 and HKT48)

I think that has always been part of his act. Over the years I have come to realize that it actually is kind of hard to successfully play the "loser" and disinterested interviewer. I will say his act can be a turn off to fans of many idol groups who want to see interviewers or MC's fawn over their groups, but I think what he does ventures more into satire of the entertainment industry and enough people enjoy it, that he stays employed on his shows.
