I don't know if it's true or not but I read online that he is a black belt and studied gymnastics when he was younger. In my opinion his fighting looks a mesh of that with street fighting.

Even before watching the actual match, I knew that Jo was too much for Sakura(Megumi) to handle. If this story is going in the direction I think it's going, the ending will be heartbreaking, tragic, yet realistic. Just like how I predicted that Gojo would have a little sister(figure) who's ex just might be Bofurin's worst enemy. It's just a prediction tho. Anyway, the ex dies in my head.😂

I can see people hate on this anime because of the way it’s written. It’s like your typical friendship haha build character development on the main character and side characters. You can’t ever win as a manga author. Don’t get me started on authors getting shit for making a “mid” ending lol. I’m very curious as to how these critics would’ve wrote the story itself probably have Sakura be an edge lord and beat everyone he comes across. Or how they’d write these 1v1 group fights without any back story or character development. People don’t understand the reason this anime is so good is because it didn’t do what ninja kumui did 🤷🏽‍♂️

no it’s just plain cliche. the fights are cool and everything but the story may as well have been written FOR and BY a toddler. every single thing these characters say is so predictable and basic-the criticism is that it’s basic. and not so much so the mc (although he is) but also the story is just non-existent and doesn’t make sense. good to read if you don’t want to think
