It's an old practise to hire anime studios to work on the cutsenes for the game, cause 2d animation ages better than 3d.

God no! Classic 2d animation and 60fps just don't go well together, it feels so jerky. Btw, in few minutes you be able to download all cutscenes.

i made them myself, i've translated the russian version into english, not the best, but i tried. Don't know what to do about Sakura Wars 3, since it doesn't have any translated version at this point.

I really want to know whos decision it is to make the anime adaptation depressed as fuck while the games version theyre all cheerful most of the time 😭. Like for real..everyone was moody most of the time while games version i can watch sakura and sumire having a bitch slap 😂

You can say that anime explores different side of the characters if you who enjoyed the game want more depth out of characters.

OVA's are more cheerful like games, only TV series is darker and more serious. They also changed personality of characters like Iris, Sumire is also more bitch in TV anime than in game.
