With his Haki now i'm sure can easily keep up with an admiral.

I'm sorry but they know Haki too and are extremely more experienced in every way there devil fruits are stronger and Luffys Haki is on a very low level as he basically only knows basic Haki. When he fights his moves are dramatised for the occasion, against an admiral he will lose even fujitora the blind one badly.

Luffy got the basics of haki done in 6 months. The rest o the time skip he was doing in combat training with haki. So no, he does not know only the basics. It was also mentioned that his potential and talent with haki is very high. But I'd still say that Luffy is somewhere between vice-admiral and admiral level, just not quite at admiral level yet.

Yoshi OnKiva idk hes having trouble fighting doflamingo on his own without help or exhausting himself too much so i say hes probably just above warlord to vice admiral for now from what we've seen so far
