আসলেই কি 5 Star Standard লাক্সারি হোটেল ?! 🙄 The Cox Today Hotel

Cox's Today might be one of the 5 star hotels but its service is of 3rd class category. Me and my husband stayed there 11-13 Feb: we got our honeymoon suite 1 hour late. Their check time is 2pm, we got the room at 3pm even though we arrived at the hotel at 1pm, others who came after us got the room before us. Moreover, AC doesn’t work properly, the room has a very weird smell and no one bothers to come for room make-up even after informing several times. One of worst experiences.
