This is about loosing someone that you love and already in heaven,where the river full of milk,they are become younger and happy,not feel sick anymore (refers to how Quran describe about heaven). And the end of the day we will meet again. Thats why this song going viral.

It's sad song, the little girl on that video actually his wife but she already passed away, then when he fall and die* he meet again with his wife, it's similar on quran when someone die* they will be young again (but not exactly like in the video) if you read the comment many people feel the same, sharing their story about missing their parents, or their relative and friend. @@coffeereaction just a minor correction in the lyric: Benarkah orang bilang ia memang suka bercanda - it should be translated to "Is it true what they say, that He indeed like to joke?" The "He" is referring to God, as in Indonesia there's an (outdated) expression that in literal would mean "God likes to joke around" (similar to how in English there's a "Life's a joke").
