It isn't fake, he just didn't say: "...scare people" and "it's like a Halloween party" immediately after one another. He would have paused to think, said uhm or urr or something, but they cut it out in the edit to make it run smoother. Trust me, it's not fake, they just edit it really slickly and sometimes slightly out of order, to make it as entertaining to watch as possible.
