Depression is not always incurable. Sometimes one is depressed based on the circumstances that has arises. It’s called situational depressed and can lift and get better over time. Also there is anti depressant medication that can make a world of difference. However there is no magic pill the person has to have the “will” to get better and it doesn’t seem as though Fatima has it. She needs to be pushed to get better. For instance cementing a walk way to the bathroom implies she will always be in the wheel chair. There is a fine line between love and “enabling” perhaps that is not understood over there but if you make it to comfortable for Fatima or to easy why should she get better??????

Women all over the world have child birth & some stay in hospital due to complication but you are so lucky to have such caring husband who took care of everything with his Niece Laila while you weren't around. They both worked so hard. Your husband is a very good man, he cares for all of you & did his best for children while you were in the hospital. Don't worry, everything will be better. Dear Fatimeh, I myself am dealing with an infection in my lower leg. It is helpfull to put your leg up with your foot on a pillow when you sit in your whealchair. Also magnesium and good vitamins (c) can be helpfull. For pain a compress with camomile can be helpfull. It is just an suggestion. I am praying for you and your family every day. Maybe the operator can buy her medical supportive stockings, (which could hv prevented her blood clot had she worne them during pregnancy) she should be still wearing them or walk a little every day with a rollator instead of just sitting in a wheelchair.
