I've always found this concept to be weird, but it's a popular trope that I've seen a lot of. Due to a mishap while making a wish, Goku and Chi-Chi accidentally wish for Shenron to turn her into a Saiyan. How did they mess this up, and what happens next? Let's find out!

I think the logical thing would be to take the offer, but let him heal the old fashion way. Giving him a Senzu Bean immediately before confirming if he is telling the truth would be suicidal. Also it give them a bit extra time to train to more be on par to Vegeta after he heals up. Be it gravity training, old fashion training as a full group, or if King Kai has been watching and decides to contact. Sure Vegeta might get ticked when he finds out they withheld a Senzu Bean, but he isn't in a position to do anything currently.

Realistically, Kami would summon Goku and Chi Chi to his lookout and either send them to train with King Kai or use the Room of Spirit and Time for 2 years (2 days Earth’s time and with 2 Saiyans training together with 10X Gravity either at Time Chamber or Kai’s planet would far exceed Vegeta and Nappa. Remember, Whis himself says that Saiyans just sparing each other in training is the quickest way for them to grow.

It would make the most sense to accept Vegeta’s offer. Because it would not only play into Goku’s drive to fight strong people but also Chi Chi’s too. As a bonus, Vegeta could help the Saiyans learn to control their Great Ape forms, leading to Wrathful states.

My guess is that the Z-fighters and Vegeta would try to prepare for Frieza with a few different methods. The Saiyans (Goku, Chi-Chi, Gohan and Vegeta) would be training in the gravity room, The humans would go to King Kai's planet to train for Kaioken and the spirit bomb. As for Piccolo, depending on which method training he would take. He would either go with the humans to train at King Kai's planet or train with the saiyans in the gravity room to get stronger. Their training should last at least a year and the Z-fighters would see some pretty big gains and just before they leave to fight Frieza, the Saiyans and Piccolo train in the ROSAT to get stronger. Goku and Vegeta go in for one day and Chi-Chi goes with Gohan and Piccolo for one day with some extra water. After the saiyans are done training Kami would make adjustments to ROSAT thinking they might need it. The humans would be stronger from King Kai's with some techniques and the Saiyans would be stronger from their gravity training and ROSAT training. Piccolo would still be stronger from his training depending on what method of training he would take. They'll take a large ship to go to Frieza planet 79 with a built in gravity room and collectively they might stand a chance against Frieza and King Cold. One of the saiyans would probably get Ssj either from training in the ROSAT or from fighting against Frieza and King Cold. Regardless Frieza and Cold are screwed so there's that and depending on who dies in this scenario they can either use earth's dragon balls to revive their friends who died in the fight against Frieza and Cold or go to Namek and use those dragon balls to revive their friends that way. That's all my thoughts of what's going to happen on the next part.

Would they wish Raditz and Nappa back? This is not like when they went to Namek unaware of Frieza's existence, this time they know about Frieza before going, and that Frieza might be too strong and that they'll need all the muscle they can get. Also it would not be like bringing them back would turn them good, they'd still be cross, but at least a bit glad to be back and with help against Frieza; but that could bring more tension once Frieza is dealt with.

I think they spare Vegeta. In canon Goku stopped Krillin from killing him because Goku wanted to fight him again. Even if they don't believe him about Frieza, that motivation would still be there
