Adel is a true friend. It’s amazing to me that none of Saladin’s family has come to help him. I am also very concerned that Farin’s has not been cured. There is a surgical procedure, called a surgical thrombectomy, which would remove the clots from her leg. Why has this not been done?? If this hospital is not equipped, move her to a more skilled facility!!

We grown ups do get stressed with everyday stuff but kids don’t know that, Adel at least brought the fun and joy that the little ones needed. As much as they are sad that Fatima is sick and in the hospital, the kids life of being kids will move on, be joyful for them and they will cherish this little moments.
