What will be the avg salary of structure engineer after 15 years of experience?

MNCs - about 15 to 20 laksh p.a. small companies - about half of the above (this is as per my survey)

@@EZ-Structure.Design.Learning According to my research, there are limited jobs for structure engineer and high competition. So companies are getting engineers for cheaper rates. Thats the reality specially in India.
