Hi.. Salary is always important at all levels.. Never preach that in initial days salary shouldn't be that important since i have seen so many CSs earning low salaries even after 6-7 years of experience just because their base salary is low.. no company will give you exponential hike just because you have knowledge. Salary hike will always be a certain percentage on last salary drawn. So if your base, is low, even if you get 50% hike, it will still be low salary. So always fight for higher salary even in initial days So allways

Ma'am actually na stipend depends on the city ..For ex. If we do it in Indore waha abhi bhi 3k-4k hi stipend hain.. and this is the harsh reality even waha ki companies bhi 4-8k hi de pati h.!! Ek baat bolu cs fresher ko 4LPA max milega. Kisi 1-2 cs ko 10-12LPA milega toh ye log bawal karenge. Its reality. Aap lok he socho ki kisi company mai compliance ka kaam kam nahi hai toh woh cs ko pay kyu karege sirf sec 203 keliye. Fir ye lok bolenge listed company ke cs ko cores milte hai. Par ye nahi batayenge ke in logo ne mba kar rakha hai top clg se. My advice 1-2 attempt lage hai toh chhod do cs, mba karo top 50-60 clg se cs se jyada he kamoage
