Thank you. Registration in working state Nsg council wasn’t necessary when I came here. If they ask, you could explain about “registration in each state Nsg council is not mandatory in India “. Yes AIIMS experience was counted. They won’t ask for experience certificate. What they need is verification of services, which means verifying our work experience by a nurse in charge, HR or CNO.

In most nursing homes it starts from €18 or €19 per hour and the increments and other benefits would be less compared to HSE/ government. In HSE your hrly pay is based on your experience and increments every year.. you would also get many benefits like sick leave, holiday pays etc Thanks
