No longer than 180 days outside in a year , work depends on your company & salary requirements

@@youmeenglandslife hi but if I stay 180 days outside mean I hv to get without pay holidays so for these months company will not pay any tax on my behalf so basically I wil pay 6 months tax in a year and 6 months holidays or I hv to pay tax while I am on holidays and outside uk as well it’s bit technical but if u hv any idea plz share

Off course that’s why I mentioned earlier you must meet salary requirements for extension & ILR If you’re staying outside, you’re not in such feild where you can work remotely then you breach VISA conditions , more than that if you’re actually working in company they will not gonna give you paid holidays more than 28 days
