Sir I have a very important question, suppose Ram purchase a car and insured in 2009. It got lost after 1 year, insurance company does fraud by not giving him his insured money. Ram sued against him,then after 10 yrs the case favour on behalf of Ram(ram is getting his insured money). Can Ram also claim for damages of 10 yrs ?? Pls reply this is very imp to know
