Don't know why the early eps of NBC's Sale of the Century can't be reran on Buzzr, tapes don't look that bad, considered this was is nearly 40yrs ago.

Part of it is a little two-fold. The very early episodes with the mostly beige set and different podiums also initially featured a different setup for the Fame Game Board with Celebrity Faces instead of the numbers, which could possibly be one reason. Two the status of the master tapes from the NBC 80s Sale of the Century from its early years are supposedly in limbo for some reason.
