Sir I have some doubts. 1) Does contract of sale create any interest or title of the property in favour of a party to such contract?? 2) can we say....contract of sale is equivalent to execution of sale deed?? Or contract of sale just precedes execution of sale deed. It is not mandatory to make contract of sale. Sale deed is another thing???? 3) As the general rule is that contract for sale need not be registered. So it isn't necessary that we would get the benefit of S.53A part-performance from such contract for sale. If it would be registered than only we would get. Am I right? Please clarify..
