Can anyone tell me what is the use to create pivot range ...?? When We can create direct pivot table..

pivot range is dynamic. if you will append new data, it consider automatically on refresh. Alternatively, you can use Table in place of normal range.

sir this formula (=offset------etc),i have complete but pivot table not see on work sheet, so what should i have do?

Hi AMEER, You can download the Excel file and goto the name manager. Check PIVOT RANGE name. You check the Offset formula there. Match that formula with your formula. Second option is you can convert your raw data TABLE into table by following below steps 1-Select your entire raw data 2-Press ctrl+L 3-Now connect your pivot with this table.
