I ripped the tendon in my shoulder and made a hole in the middle of my bicep, they think minimum of 3 months to heal, but could take a long time. Maybe a year. But it's been roughly 5 weeks and its slowly on the mend. Cant use my walking stick which is causing me leg pain but hoping in another 2 months I can get back to normal. How are you Alan?
