Salesforce Deduping with DemandTools

How do you format an excel sheet to run through demand tools for deduping? we have a sheet with identified Dupes, I have the Master identified and the account ID of the other accounts to merge into the master within the same column - for whatever reason I can't visualize how the spreadsheet needs to be reworked so that there is a "Field for Master ID" and "Field for Non-Master ID" in seperate columns.
