On the Log Entry record there is a Flow Information section as part of the flexi page, specifically if origin type = Flow, but that section is always blank, eg. Flow Label, FLow Process Type,Flow Trigger Type... where and how can these values be set if coming from a flow? thanks

you first want to configure tags to target the logs then afterward you can put a plugin on log saves(dynamic) or/and query the records for your monitoring tool(we use graphana but we call it graphalol) or actually batch over logs directly within sf.
