Salesforce Flow: How to Build a Flow Data Table

Thanks for the info. I’m curious if you know of a way to pre-sort the data collected in the data table. I have one that is selecting a large amount of data on purpose and it would be easier to get to the row I need if it were pre-sorted. Taking the tools at the top of the columns to sort is too many clicks and time-consuming.

Hello, Great Video! Im trying to filter records by stage in my datatable. Any ideas on how to do it?

If you only want certain Opportunities to appear, I think you could add a filter condition to the get records so it only shows the records of the stage you're looking for.

That's a great question. You could certainly email links to the files to authorized users, but you might need Apex to actually attach them. I haven't tried it though so I could be wrong!

is it possible to create a data table that has 3 colums and 5 rows that when someone wants tot input data into the table they can do that through fields and after saving it shows the data that was input by the user?

How many fields can you have in a Data Table? We have a use case where we need about 50 fields.

I'm not 100% sure. 50 fields seems like a lot. I don't know your situation so hesitate to offer a recommendation, but normally I'd try to reduce that field count. If you really need all 50 a form tool like FormAssembly might be a better approach than a screen flow.

Please help: For me it gets stuck on the configue column in data table. Any idea how to resolve this issue? its just showing white screen and the JS is not responding i think.
