Thanks for that explanation. What I am looking for how to calculate billable users. Say there is a company ABC who uses salesforce. If there was a company who had a product to protect data within salesforce and wanted to sell to salesforce, how would they calculate how may licenses they should sell to the customer. is there any API to fetch the number of licenses and type of licenses the customer has?
