Thanks for the good coments,it shows that despite people bad critisism,gooood things like this beauty of tower are gonna keep on coming,I lived there and it was like no other city even being broke w no money I felt like a rich person so even w all the bad stuff people say about the city they should feel lucky they live there ,,,,the city by the bay will always be the city by the bay and yes it has its bad things like any other big city , but lots of beauty and history like no other city,,,,,,beautifull before and forever,❤ san Fran 😊

I agree with John King. While impressive, sleek and powerful looking--it does not have that evocative design principle of the Transamerica Pyramid. Iconic then and iconic today. There could have been many elements added to make for a singular sense of being of iconic. Iconic for tall sake is okay but even better is when it has elements that make it not just a tall tower but one that keeps the eye wandering. Cesar Pelli is a very accomplished architect but this is his most careful, conservative and non-ground breaking. His best building in the city the JPMorgan Chase building also on Mission--green metal exterior with considerable texture--love the colour and the overall subtle sophistication of this tower.

Salesforce has the highest accessible tip top roof that is accessible by human in California. So therefore it’s tallest to me and many others will agree. It also stands out more because it’s so tall and dominate on the skyline. With Wilshire Grand, a spire doesn’t count in my opinion. Although others will differ.
