Salesforce with Google Drive Integration

I have similar requirement but not to connect google drive where as I need to integrate Adwords api an fetch campaign data. Can we do follow similar Oauth process what you configure here and call the service using Rest api ??

Using this way we cannot perform any automation like if the scenario is to execute a batch which gets any CSV file from drive and import records in any salesforce object.
