Hi Mr Nanniyur, I am reaching out to you after looking at your video on data flow and I have a few questions I would like to ask if possible. I am trying to upload one CSV file that contains one entry as a test but it has been uploading this one file for the past 2 hours and I do not understand why it would take so long to perform a this task. Is there something that we a missing or didn’t do? I am uploading in the “Import Into Data Extension” area. Also, the Contact Builder, the (the star-burst looking feature), does this whole structure represent one contact or many? How do we get our Marketing Cloud to listen to changes within our sales force? For instance, if we update someone’s email address in Salesforce, how do we get MC to update the record? We are just starting out with this and really any assistance would be highly appreciated.

For uploading the CSV file in Data Extension you need to check the fields which you have used are same in csv as well as in data extension or you can check help.salesforce.com where you can get details for marketing cloud.
