After I click on the launch button, it is not connecting to my Salesforce org. It prompts me to enter my username and password, but even after entering them, I am unable to connect to the org. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

To connect your trailhead account with your org. You need to click on 3 dots near Launch Button. A pop-up will open with a name " Choose a hands-on org" In this you have to check that your org username shows or not. If not then click on connected org. then after enter username and password. If your org username shows in a list then select it and after that click on Launch button. If still error occur check this points also : Check your login credentials (username and password). Check the login credentials you enter is of correct org. It maybe because your org is connected to other trailhead account. And Last create new Org. and connect it with Trailhead as shown in video.

How to get back my trailhead account , because it was opened with my company mail id , i left the company now but i replaced it with my personal emailid , still it is not showing my badges which all i done

Have you linked your company's Trailhead account with your personal email's Trailhead account? If yes, and it's still not working, then raise a ticket on help.salesforce.com or visit here: trailhead.salesforce.com/help?support=home to submit your case. Another option is to contact your company and ask them to reactivate your account.
