Such an amazing inspiration! The part of the conversation about beauty being therapeutic brought tears to my eyes. It also reminded me of a passage from your book, about how when you were grieving after you lost your father and it took you about two hours to choose a lipstick, because that was the one thing you could control on that sad day. That's how I reconnected with beauty. It helped me get on my feet and survive the moment when I broke down and just couldn't handle any more stress. It also made my skin look so much better, which is the best bonus ever.
