Thanks for being up front about not purchasing nor swatching the Miracle Gel line. I noticed years ago all the same negative things about them that you mentioned, and since I know I won't be buying them, I don't need to see swatches. Congrats on the new job! Thanks for the great review, as always! Kinda bummed about your announcement regarding the miracle gel line. I always see those polishes and they look so pretty in the bottle, but I wait for your review to see if they’ll actually live up to expectations, but of course they never do. And for the price - it’s crazy. If it were hit or miss, I could see continuing to give them a chance, but they all seem to not live up to their potential so I can totally understand cutting the cord on that line.

The Insta-Dri line is the best of the Sally Hansen lines. They do occasionally have a miss, but the price-point makes it bearable. I've completely dropped the Miracle Gel line from my purchase list. At the Miracle Gel price-point, I'll just go to Starrily or Holo Taco.

I wish I could wear that pretty green. I’m not a fan of the bottles. I have one my sister gave me. It’s just meh. I don’t mind a 3 coater if I really love the polish but to me these aren’t worth my time. Thanks for reviewing them though. You never know when a really good one might pop in the bunch. They probably didn’t do a full opaque silver because they already have one in that line. I believe it’s called silver horse? It’s beautiful and one of the first I got from the insta line.

My experience is that with the collabs a lot of time the $$ goes to the license and they cheap out on the formula. Like they had a cute peeps topper but it had WAY too few glitters in it, you basically had to pour it out and do a glitter placement.

I just found out about these today on Instagram and was able to get them at Target. I do think Sally Hansen could use a new collab creative team. I would not have done the pastel cremes and would have done a pink foil. I haven't tried my bottle of giving kisses yet. However, maybe I can put it over Holo Taco World's First. Lol, I think it was last year I did a video on trying to make the Holo Taco Chrome Collection look like Hershey's foil.

I’m sorry Sally Hansen keeps raising the prices and 3 coats on you means four on me. That’s inexcusable even in Insta-dri, in this day and age. 15 years ago, maybe but things have changed. A couple dollars more and I can get OPI especially online.

I don't understand most SH collabs. It feels like they design a collection in advance and then slap a logo from a random IP on the bottles. These aren't evocative of Hershey's at all, it's like a random spring collection they were going to release anyway. I'm a PA native so I would have considered buying if anything about it actually conveyed that they were Hershey's related, but come on.
