Getting knocked up by someone else while your husband is deployed is like your husband cheating while you're carrying his child. Talk about betrayal at the most vulnerable possible time.
@Laura-tp8wz Жыл бұрын
I agree. My ex husband cheated while I was pregnant and I found out the day my newborn and I were discharged, he took his girlfriend to get an abortion with their children. May you find peace. I have been trying for years.

Both my boys are in the military and married. If I EVER found out one of their wives got pregnant and try to pass off a baby that didn't belong to their husbands?! Those ladies would have some 'splainin to do!

So dumb 😂 like even if the men didn’t watch sally don’t you think his family member or friend would watch it and tell him ? Like WTF I was waiting on one of the audience to mention this but apparently in the 80s you can go on tv reveal your darkest secret and no one you know will ever know. 😂😂😂

I love Sally, but I totally disagree with her when she says that it's selfish of the woman to tell her husband that the baby isn't his, simply because the guy would most likely move out. What's selfish is to continue lying to the husband and making him believe that he's morally and financially responsible for this child, just to make the woman feel better about a reckless decision she's made. She obviously doesn't care about the husband's or the child's feelings since she sees no problem in perpetuating a lie. *THAT'S* selfish. She doesn't have to raise the baby by herself if she has family and friends who are willing to help her, not to mention the child's actual/biological father who *SHOULD* be apart of, and responsible for, this child's life. All three of these women are selfish, lying adulterers.

Adulterers? Jesus! I was shocked by the slut shaming going on, but you went Old Testament. 😂
@rachelfox83592 жыл бұрын
@@ashleecantu6470 , Are you unaware of the fact that the word "adulterers" applies to various situations and circumstances? The absurdity and irony of what you just said is laughable! You say *I'm* "shaming these women", when *you* referred to them with a sexually suggestive slur. Just so you're aware so you can adequately defend your position next time (and spared the embarrassment of being corrected), the literal definition of "adulterer" is "voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and someone who is NOT their spouse."
@ashleecantu64702 жыл бұрын
@@rachelfox8359 Yeah, I'm aware of the definition of the word adulterer. Also, I wasn't suggesting that you were slut shaming. I was referring to the different, much more blatantly disapproving attitudes of some of the audience members several decades ago. I also didn't refer to any of these women as sluts. I said I was shocked by the slut shaming going on, as in the act of attempting to induce a feeling of shame or guilt in a person based on their sexual activity. Clearly, you're unfamiliar with the definition, but I'm happy to be as pretentious as you clearly are and correct you. I also wasn't commenting on the accuracy of the word you used. I was commenting on the fact that it's not a word often used in modern times. Thus, the reference to the Old Testament was made.

@@ashleecantu6470 , Wow!!!! Backpedaling much?
@ashleecantu64702 жыл бұрын
@@rachelfox8359 Perhaps you're also unfamiliar with the definition of backpedaling? I didn't attempt to change, rewrite, or take back anything I said. I clarified and reiterated my position, which is actually the opposite of backpedaling, but it is useful for obnoxious people who respond to things that were never said and take offense at almost anything. The little emoji with the giant smile that's laughing is usually utilized to convey lightheartedness and implies a certain amount of jest in most cultures. It's almost always effective unless you find yourself dealing with someone who has the inability to take any kind of joke or deal with a harmless comment. If you're that fragile, by all means, you've clearly bested me and should give yourself a well deserved pat on the back. 👍
