Yup, the thermal is working. It is showing the glass as a darker colour because the glass is colder than the air temperature. Humans are warmer ❤

The reason why thermal scope doesn't see through glass is because they pick up an infrared light produced along with heat, and infrared isn't able to penetrate through the glass. It also can't go through the smoke, but only if it's thick or at distance.

Sally High Alert has an extra perk in warzone that tells you when there is an enemy nearby and in bigger maps or in any map it's just broken which is why i always use it and used a permanent unlock on it

Thermals work on thermal energy, so when the glass itself is an object then the glass shows nothing because the glass itself is an object that does not have any heat thermal energy.
