Kevin, start going to the submarine behind Bioweapon!!! Found your pistols there everytime as well as advanced uavs and at least 2 or 3 personal loadout crates. Great place to drop, and great place for campers (They literally sit in a corner inside the sub the entire first circle) and these campers like to try to regain their camping ground, so you can easily farm them. I always get guns at the sub, work my way into Bioweapon and take out all the corner campers there, then when its cleared out, take fights at industry, make my way to prison, clear prison out, then control, and finish at tents.
