Personally I asked 13 years before to my mother and husband about going to psychologist or psychiatrist but denied by both because of its a taboo . My marriage was on stake and have 3 children. Now still feel the pain and depression. . Now I encourage every person to get advice for mental health problems. It’s good to get advice in time
