This salmon fishing adventure started with a bit of a crazy idea. Then we made it happen. This has made me miss my old boat more than ever. I hope you enjoy the video of us two grown children trying to make our dreams come true on a budget.

btw its easier to hold the handle of the rod and point the it to the front of the boat and then grab the line to reclip and send back to the bottom Happy fishing

whale!!! omg......I've seen a few whales near the Denman Island area when I was there and it always amazes me

How many HP is that Mercury? im about to give this a go with my inflatable but I only have 2.5 HP on my tender wondering if thats enough?

That one was a 6hp and with 2 of us and gear it did alright. After this video my buddy traded it in for a 9.9hp Yamaha and the results from that were amazing as one could imagine. But the 2.5 will work and would probably work great for maintaining trolling speed
