Delicious salmon rillettes! The whole family will have a blast! Nothing could be easier to do. A spread that can be made in any season. Good tasting !

Ingredients :
500 g of salmon fillet (1/2 side of salmon)
Pepper
Smoked paprika
Extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of mustard
Zest of 1 lime
1 tablespoon of capers
1 shallot
25 g of walnuts (1/4 cup)
1 handful of chives
1 handful of dill

Hi, I use the Tefal chopper when I mainly want to blend fruits, vegetables and nuts. But I chop quickly with a front knife so as not to damage the manual chopper.

Ein tolles Rezept, wenn man diese ekelhaften und völlig unnötigen Kapern weg lässt, eine tolle Alternative sind gehackte grüne und schwarze Oliven, die Walnüsse.. OK..ist Geschmackssache...aber kann man nehmen.
