Salmon Tartar Recipe

Ingredients
300 g. fresh salmon cut in small cubes
1 avocado cut into small cubes
10 capers, finely chopped
1/4 red onion cut into small squares
10 chopped gherkins
4 tablespoons Perrins or Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish
