Valentine's Day Love Coasters made with Resin and 3D Printed Inserts

I had so much fun making these resin drink coasters. I wanted to find a Valentine's Day project that I could combine some of my newest obsessions, and came up with these gorgeous pastel coasters. I was able to use my Silhouette Alta Plus 3D printer and resin.

I'm very curious about what you use to 3D print. Interested in how it didn't melt when exposed to the curing resin. I love the maker community combining art with tech!

I used my Silhouette Alta and standard pla filament. The resin in the coaster was thin enough it did not heat up enough to damage the print.

Wow so unique! I wonder if I can use my Cricut to cut them out!

You can... just be sure that if you use paper or anything that is not waterproof you have it very well sealed with mod podge or something so it will not soak up the resin.
