Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsah........... Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh Ji, This message of Waheguru Ji/Niranakar/Ramm/Allah given to us by Sri Guru Teg Bhadur Ji. How we the mind (in eyes) living in this Human Body got so much occupied with PHYSICAL (adristmann; which has color, shape and form) and forgot Waheguru ji. Waheguru is does not have color, shap or form (IT IS ADRISHT) Most humans who has capability and wisdom to find Waheguruji. and It is very simple. Waheguru ji is all around us (space, which has no form or color) gives us breaths from itself. ਆਪੇ ਕਰਤਾ ਕਰਿ ਕਰਿ ਵੇਖੈ ਦੇਦਾ ਸਾਸ ਗਿਰਾਹਾ ਹੇ ॥ 1055 Now it is always with us. All one need to do is to recite Gur Ka Shabad Simran, Gur-manter Japp/chanting..... it can be Wahe-guru Allah hoo Om Nameh Sohung or any other...... The purpose of the Gurmanter Jappna/chanting is to make mind still. No thoughts, Nihchal ਜਿਉ ਮੰਦਰ ਕਉ ਥਾਮੈ ਥੰਮਨੁ ॥ ਤਿਉ ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਮਨਹਿ ਅਸਥੰਮਨੁ ॥ 282 In that state, the mind that sits in eyes.... The eyes become still...... When the eyes are still, it sees Wahguru ji/Nirankar....... ਜਲਿ ਥਲਿ ਮਹੀਅਲਿ ਗੁਪਤੋ ਵਰਤੈ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੀ ਦੇਖਿ ਨਿਹਾਰੀ ਜੀਉ ॥ 597 there are many similar "gurbani shabads" that describes same thing. Once You accomplish that it become easier to be in touch with Nirankar When mind sees/staring Nirankar..... One starts listening to "Anhad shabad" ------> Naad. That is Naam.... music of waheguru ji ਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿ ਭਉਜਲੁ ਲੰਘੀਐ ਦਰਗਹ ਪਤਿ ਪਰਵਾਣੁ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਤੇ ਮੁਖ ਉਜਲੇ ਧੁਨਿ ਉਪਜੈ ਸਬਦੁ ਨੀਸਾਣੁ ॥ Bhavjal or Bhavsagar of thoughts is swim across with the help of Guru via Gur ka shabad. So the result is there. ਅੰਤਰਿ ਗੁਰੁ ਆਰਾਧਣਾ ਜਿਹਵਾ ਜਪਿ ਗੁਰ ਨਾਉ ॥ ਨੇਤ੍ਰੀ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੇਖਣਾ ਸ੍ਰਵਣੀ ਸੁਨਣਾ ਗੁਰ ਨਾਉ ॥ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸੇਤੀ ਰਤਿਆ ਦਰਗਹ ਪਾਈਐ ਠਾਉ ॥ So in this video we listen to Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji's Salok... advice What to do and What not to do in order to get there.
