I love the adrenaline charged action freeski movies too. But this infused with emotions and it sirs the soul of a passionate skier. It's makes me think more of skiing as a lifestyle than just some good hits on a good day. It's beautiful, I love it! Somehow brings to mind the La Grave ski bum, episode 10: "ici, tu vides les jambes... mais tu te recharges la tête et le cœur."

if only salomon freeski tv would lose the angry gangbanger narrator voice on the tag of all these clips, it might be a start in saving the core creativity that actually goes into these short films along with the beauty of this fine skiing. I don't see how they can ever work well together, because it doesn't. your audience is skiers, not wannabe rappers...

Guess you don't need any background in Greek mythology (or the ability to Google) to work for Salomon's KZbin channel The Chimaera was a hybrid monster in Greek mythology, child of Typhoeus and Echidna and sibling of Cerberus and the Lernaean Hydra. It had the head and body of a lion, as well as the head of a goat that was attached to its back, and a tail that ended on a head of a snake. It resided in Lycia, a place in Asia Minor, where it ravaged the lands with its fire breath. It was killed by Bellerophon, assisted by Pegasus, when the former was asked by King Iobates of Lycia. Not sure how that is the personification of winter.
