Ingredients For Mutton Boil
-------------------------------------------------------
2kg Mutton
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 3 pcs
Cardamom 8 pcs
Cloves 10 pcs
Salt 4 tsp
For Salona
-------------------------
Cooking oil 1/3 cup (around 80ml)
Onion chopped 1 cup (2 large)
Dry lemon 4 pcs
Cinnamon sticks 2 pcs
Cardamom 6 pcs
Cloves 6 pcs
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
Carrots 300gm
Kossa 500gm
Potatoes 400gm
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
