Great exercises, seem to work. Also when training in the socks girls can train their feet stronger if they dance on the tiptoes, without touching the floor with heels (like the girl training in "Dirty Dancing.Hungry Eyes.Dance scene")--basically dancing on imaginary high heels and not on the soles. It's good exercise and challenge even if she's not going to dance in the dance shoes.

Congratulation I think you are the best here!! I want to ask ... can you do a video to explain why when you dance just the Basic step you are damn ELEGANT and also if I do all you say the same Im not?😅 May we need more detailed video for this... just something to really understand the Basic step but elegant like you! Please🙏🙏 the Life is too short to drink the not good wine 😂😂... I want to dance with this damn elegance!!!

I should do the left foot only point on ONE and then to give my weight forward? If I understand so I can count One and Two and Three... Where AND = change my weight?

You still need to count 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 but as you place the first leg forward "1", to not put your full weight on it. You weight is still on the right leg as you count "1". On "2nd" count you step on the right foot, while your left leg is now on full weight.

@@danielrosas.official I think I understand ... the left heel drops to 2 and at the same time on 2 we put the right foot on the toe. and always alternate. the heel of the left foot and the toe of the other foot work at the same time.
