hi Daniel, Really love your dancing and your videos have been an inspiration for practice during Lockdown. Just wondering why you chose to do your waltz figures in a clockwise directions. Waltzes (like tango) travel around the dance hall in an anti-clockwise direction and it's not a very safe practice (or very polite) to go in the opposite direction. Of course waltz-figures in themselves can turn in either direction (much more fun if they do) but the direction of travel around the room needs to be in an anti-clockwise direction.

Hi, I never thought about it. In Salsa we do not have this rules, since salsa is not used to travel as in waltz. It’s more or less at the place. How ever it’s good to know and I learned something new. Thank you 🙏🏼😊

bravooooo!The last 3 months i have change 3 or 4 private dance teachers.With my wife we dance together two years.When we meet a new teacher told to him:("we are bored to learn pasos,pasos,pasos, we need someone to teach us some breaks,musicality and celebrating the dance").And enery time happens the same thing....("pasos,pasos,pasos") What do you recommended me???

It’s not easy to find ONE teacher which is good for you. Every teacher has a different focus such as Spin techniques, or Partner partner work, Musicality and specially foot work! For example: My focus is to find the Beauty and the elegance in dancing and also the right Leading /Following.
